Japanese Home-cooking for everyday Many people think "Japanese food = Sushi" but this is very far from truth. There is so much more than sushi in Japanese cuisine! Japanese home cooking is easy, fresh and healthy. In this class you will learn to make real-life menus that are served at dinner tables at Japanese homes. There is NO raw fish or raw meat in this class. You will learn to make: Miso Soup OR Miso Dressing Salad (depending on season) Onigiri with cooked salmon Teriyaki chicken Yaki Soba: Stir-fried noodles For vegetarians we offer tofu or mushrooms instead of chicken, depending on market availability.
